Back in 2017, on a warm, sunny California afternoon, I walked on to the Los Angeles Lakers team plane ready to take flight on our longest road trip of the year.

That afternoon, we finished practice at our training facility in El Segundo, then boarded our charter flight to New Orleans.

The next night, the team would take on the New Orleans Pelicans.

We were just getting started.

After the game, we drove to the airport, hopped on the charter and flew to Chicago.

The next night we played the Bulls, then drove to the airport right after the game and flew to Toronto (and yes, we had to go through customs).

We had an off day in Toronto but played the Raptors the following night.

After the game we got back on the plane and flew to Memphis (again, another battle through customs).

We played the Grizzlies the next night in Memphis, then, after the game, got back on the plane and flew all the way back to Los Angeles over night.

That’s 5 cities, 3 time zones, 2 countries, 4 grueling NBA games, and 4 different hotel rooms.

My job was clear, ensure the players remained the best athletes in the world despite the chaos.

Your Success Path

1. Goal

What is your mission? What are you trying to achieve? You will start your journey by identifying exactly what it is that you are training for. This target should be clear and measurable and it doesn't have to be body-related. It could be business, life, health or spiritual. The key is that it must be what you really want. 

2. Assessment

We assess the four categories of physical health and performance (Breathing, Strength, Energy, Brain). The Athletic Capacity Usage Assessment will measure each of these four categories, will give you a score from 0-100, and will immediately show us the order of operations that we must follow to reach your peak state.

3. Neuroscience (Level 1)

The entire training process begins and ends with your brain. If your brain is not on board, progress will be slow and limited. At this stage, you will learn the The Neurological Emergency Brake theory and how to manipulate your brain to get what you want out of it. 

4. Posture & Breathing

You take 20,000 breaths every single day, if you cannot breathe properly, you can't do anything properly. Because of some legitimate secret anatomical features, breathing is actually very difficult to do properly. In this stage, we set the ultimate foundation for your physical health by ensuring this is getting done properly. 

5. Strength Training (Level 1)

Here we introduce the most functional training weight-lifting methods and begin to ramp up the intensity to the necessary level. We will design tailored training programs specific to you, your goals and what we discovered in your assessment. Each program lasts for 4-6 weeks and then you will be re-evaluated to ensure you are making always progress.

6. Metabolic Conditioning (Level 1)

This phase is about getting your body to do what we want it to all day long. We are taking control of your body back and dictating the terms going forward. It must be functional, it must stay functional all day long, and it must do so under the demands of your schedule. 

7. Neuroscience (Level 2)

Here, we master the Central Nervous System as a whole. At all times, your CNS is evaluating your environment and making predictions based on what it finds. Those predictions create outputs that influence the entire body. Our job is to create the specific outputs that you need and in this phase, we begin to manipulate the brain to do what we want.

8. Turning Pro

Professional athletes are the healthiest people in the world, not because they are great at any one category. Rather they are the best in the world at all of them. In all four categories (Breathing, Strength, Energy, Brain) they grade out in the top 1% globally. This phase is about bringing everything together and turning you into one of the highest performing humans in the world. 

9. Compete

Competition is a key element to this level of training. It is the carrot that motivates you every day to do the work. Our clients compete in various endurance events all over the world and serve as a tangible benchmark for how far they've come. 

Your Success Path

In the trial period, you will get the full PSP experience consisting of 4 sessions to determine if you are a good fit for the program. We ask for a $2,500 deposit on your trial period. If you are not selected to join the Partnership, this will be refunded. If you are selected, this will be credited towards your activation fee.

Step 3: Mutual Client Selection Process

We are looking for ten perfect clients. That's the standard. It is not just about who can afford our services, it's about finding the perfect clients. The trial period allows us both to decide whether or not this program is the best fit for you.

Step 4: Investment Structure

Upon success of the trial program, you will be invited to join the exclusive Peak State Partnership. The Partnership has a $5,000 activation fee and a monthly payment of $5,000. Pay in full is also available. 

The Peak State Partnership is currently invitation-only, with a maximum of 10 active partnerships. We maintain this limit to ensure the highest level of personalized attention and results.
